I wanted to say thank you Shore-Up for the chance to test and run your product. First, let me start out with the details. Stainless hardware high-quality material is used everywhere. High gloss powder coating finish. The handle is made out of aluminum, not plastic so I don’t have to worry about breaking it. Now let’s talk about the details. Hinge system smooth and well thought out best words to describe it OVER BUILT! The adjustable shaft holder allows me to apply enough pressure to keep the trolling motor from Bouncing. The pin was designed so that I could put a lock on it that will not bounce off my deck and also makes it hard for someone to steal it. The holes in the mounting bracket allow me to use different style trolling motors and also I don’t have to drill new holes in my boat to mount it. I could go on and on about all the details I see. I bought this attachment for my trolling motor and it worked out amazing! I have a Minn Kota trolling motor on a skeeter boat. The adjustability and functionality were really helpful to me. You can choose where you want to mount your puck and then adjust the shore up a bracket to your desire so it can fit your boat perfectly! The armrest works great for keeping me from beating the shaft up on my trolling motor on a rough day! The fit and finish on this piece are very professional and it looks awesome on my boat! This product is a game-changer for the trolling motor marking there's nothing worse than driving in rough weather and watching your investment bounce around and get beat up on the bow but with the stabilizing arm of the movement is almost nonexistent. I’ve had to replace the shaft bushing two times along with other parts on my Minnkota due to the constant abuse it received from bouncing in flexing and after running the shore up I feel like it’s a necessary product if you want to protect your trolling motor investment. And the mounting system lets me slide my motor back when launching on steep ramps to clear my trailer roller, and was able to mount it a little further back on the bow than before so I could get into a more solid glass and use bolts with washers instead of being limited to mounting on the roll of my deck to clear the rub rail when deployed.

I fish in Tampa Bay and regularly cross open water in choppy conditions. I've owned 6 trolling motors over the years and have bent shafts, had adjustment collars rattle off and fall into the water, and damaged transmissions on Ultras. With my new boat and trolling motor, I wanted to try and find the amount that would support and protect my new investment. The Shore-Up install was easy and I was able to utilize the same mounting holes. I've had it out a few trips already and the motor doesn't bounce a bit in rough water.
